Here’s the deal. The Black Lips new album 200 Million Thousand is due out February 24th, and  “Starting Over” is the first release. What is rad about this jangly lo-fi Black Lips clip is the promotion going along with it. Now through February 15th, there’s a contest to create the video for the song and upload it to vimeo (contest 411). Besides bragging rights, the winning director will receive a feature on the vimeo homepage, an extra special 7″ of “Short Fuse”, and a signed copy of the new album.
