Michael Zapruder is possibly best known for releasing a song a week in 1999. Since then, he has been recording and releasing solo albums. His latest album, Dragon Chinese Cocktail Horoscope is going to be released next week (3/24) on SideCho Records. I would agree with Zapruder’s sound being compared to Rufus Wainwright and Andrew Bird, plus I would also throw in Beck. Check it out.
